Mechanicsville, VA – I thought I’d start doing some video updates on some of the things I don’t have time to share on a visit to visit basis.  My intent is to enable me to share Stover Chiropractic news and any material that may help you, my patients, and maybe a larger audience, to understand the benefits of chiropractic care.

I’ll do my best to keep it shorter and little more engaging as we go on and I get better…I hope!

There is quite a bit of new research that sheds light on how subluxations, particularly of the upper cervical spine (though certainly not limited to that) have a massive effect on brain function and therefore health.  We chiropractors are well known for helping low back pain, neck pain, headaches, pinched nerves and so on.  All of which make life miserable.  However there is more and we want to share that.  What I’m saying is the new research makes sense of the more dramatic case studies and testimonies you come across when you google “chiropractic and _______” or “can chiropractic help ______?”  I hope its helpful (maybe interesting) and I hope it helps someone who hasn’t considered chiropractic care for health problems that may seem unrelated to cricks, sprains, and pinches!  All the best!
