Sunshine and Rheumatoid Arthritis

Mechanicsville Virginia Chiropractor – Wellness/Prevention: Routine exposure to the sun, especially ultraviolet B (UVB) rays, may decrease the risk of rheumatoid arthritis. Those with the most elevated rates of exposure were 21% less likely to develop rheumatoid arthritis than who had less exposure.
