I think we’ve known for a long time that it’s good for us to be outside. I couldn’t resist sharing this because any good reason to go birdwatching has to be broadcast.

Lately researchers are finding more and more reasons as to why it is actually good for us, physiologically to be our in nature. They are dialing in on what is happening to us, and in us, when we are outside.
